Fercademy reserves the right to modify or remove any course materials or content that does not comply with our policies or contains harmful or inappropriate content, at any time and without notice. This includes but is not limited to course materials or content that infringes upon intellectual property rights or violates any laws or regulations.
6. These terms of service and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
7. Fercademy reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
